Our approach is based on a detailed and deep understanding of human cognitive experiences and the science behind making lasting and transformative change. 

We all know how bad some training can be - boring, unengaging, and lacking results. Our sessions are designed to be the complete opposite to that - highly engaging while maintaining the integrity of session content and mission.

We spent years finding the right mechanisms for transferring mental toolsets, and employ a range of unique facilitation tactics and learning methods to transform the way people think, see problems, relate to their coworkers and engage with complexity.  

 

Facilitators are hand picked and trained by our CEO, with expert and ongoing mentorship in advancing highly engaging training techniques. Our sessions are energetic, cognitively engaging, enlightening, provocative, challenging, transformative and fun. 

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A WORKSHOP?

You will receive a curated experience that involves a mix of direct instruction, integrated thinking challenges and active workshop sessions.

We use a unique method of facilitation that will keep your participants actively engaged and cerebrally stimulated, while laying the foundations for further self-initiated inquiry.  

Most of our workshops involve the transfer of hard and soft skills, from thinking frameworks to techniques for mapping and discovery.
